Judy Hurst is giving at free talk at Sunderland Minster on Monday 17th March 12.30pm. She will look at Celtic art and spirituality through her stunning piece of work ‘Meeting the Cross’, an illuminated triptych. The art work is available to see through out Lent in the Minster, between 10-3pm weekdays. Judy is a gifted and knowledgeable artist who will talk about her work ‘Meeting the Cross’, currently on display in the Bede Chapel. The Oak it stands on is 1000 years old, and came from the belfry of Durham Cathedral
