In 2010, Haiti was devastated by a massive earthquake. But the spirit of its people remained unbroken. Five years on, they are reclaiming their lives and building a better future.

I Witness is a touring exhibition featuring images and artwork showing life-changing work, supported by Christian Aid, that is taking place in Haiti today – as witnessed by three of our supporters.

Kathy, Margaret and Naomi are all Christian Aid supporters, and either they or their loved ones have included Christian Aid in their wills. They took a trip to Haiti to see for themselves whether gifts of this kind really do have an impact on our work.
You will see some of the extraordinary projects Christian aid is undertaking with our partners there and meet some of the inspirational people who are rebuilding their lives in the face of the most overwhelming odds.

Sunday 11th January The 9.45 Sung Eucharist service which ties in with the fifth anniversay since the earthquake will reflect on all that has been achieved by Christian Aid partners. The FEAST worship lead by Emma PEake (Christian Aid) at 11.15am will be reflecting on the exhibition and all that has been achievede since the devastation and how this impacts our own lives.
